Snatok Pranibidya (?????? ????????????) – Semester II, III & IV is a Bengali version book based on the UGC prescribed UG-CBCS syllabus of Zoology. The book has been prepared to cater the B.Sc General Course students under West Bengal State University (WBSU) only, who have chosen Zoology in Semester II, III & IV respectively. The book comprises of two parts:

a) Theoretical Part: Distinguished further into three parts, each of them is divided into 10, 7 and 5 units respectively. The first part involves Animal Physiology and Biochemistry. The second part involves Insect, Vectors and Diseases. The third part includes Environment and Public Health.
b) Practical Part: Divided into three parts further, each consists of separate elements. The first part includes five Physiological and Biological Experiments. The second part is about the identification and classification of several Insects, Vectors and Diseases. The third part is about the Determination of pH, Cl, SO4, NO3 in Soil and Water from different areas.
Each chapter has been enhanced with MCQs, SAQs, Descriptive and Long Answer Questions for practice at the end. WBSU Question Papers of the semesters have been incorporated at the end for the benefit of the students.
